Detecção de complexos imunes circulantes na hanseníase utilizando C1q humano e eqüino

Observou-se a presença de complexos imunes circulantes (IC) em soros de pacientes de hanseníase virchowiana com e sem eritema nodoso. Estes IC foram detectados por sua reação com o componente CA do complemento, após prévia concentração dos IC por poletileno-glicol (PEG) e solubilização em tampão borato. A presença dos IC foi confirmada por redução e alquilação dos IC seguida de nova difusão contra C,q.
